In pursuit of Arianna, Michael visits the Isle of Sorrows, a dreaded wasteland prison that is home to a fortune telling fallen power named Jaza. it is here that Michael is given a vision of Arianna’s exact location: a nether cell that sits on the border between heaven and earth. Armed with her coordinates, Michael teams up with the rest of the crew to journey to the underworld. Upon arriving they learn that much more than Arianna’s safety is at stake when a mysterious beast threatens to destroy the Seven and break out of the nether cell.

“Grace and Glory” features energetic songs from top Christian rock artists Sanctus Real, Kutless, and Hawk Nelson as well as a film score from producer Christopher Stevens (tobyMac, Shawn McDonald) who has composed music for award winning games from Sony, Sega, Microsoft, and more. "Media of any kind will grab kids' attention more than anything else," says Angel Wars Creator Chris Waters. With three children of his own, he realized the need for positive, relevant programming that would not only appeal to kids' sense of adventure, but would also offer insight into the Christian worldview.

"It helps to be able to watch things with them that will lead to direct discussions about the bigger themes of our faith," Waters explains.

"That's what Angel Wars is all about. It's not about The 10 Commandments, it's more about Ephesians 6... there's a war going on and we need to put on the full armor of God. It's a way to try to equip kids who are getting ready to enter their tough teenage years, providing them with an understanding of what they're going to face, and letting them know that there's something spiritual going on out there."

With an increasing number of young boys growing up without fathers today, Waters believes that the superheroes made famous in comic books and cartoons are popular with both children and adults for a reason. They fill a void.
